The Administrative Capital is currently the largest investment opportunity and the most attractive new city for investment and investors in Egypt and abroad due to the huge size of its projects, which provides more than two million job opportunities.

It is the most important fourth-generation city in Egypt, linking Cairo and Suez. The total area of the new administrative capital is 170,000 acres, divided into:

The Administrative Capital contains the largest green axis in the world (Green River), which reaches a length of 35 km that connects and passes throughout the Administrative Capital to simulate the Nile River in the capital, Cairo. The project contains recreational and central parks on an area of 5,000 acres.
Security and guarding, distribution of the administrative capital:
The administrative capital includes the first control and security center and public safety services through 6000 cameras distributed throughout. The capital will also contain:
